Čechy pod Kosířem (German Czech , 1939-1945: Czech ) is a 13 km northwest of Prostějov distant village with 1000 inhabitants under the Kosíř hill . It is known for its classical castle, a fire department museum and a carriage museum . The history of the castle is linked to the life of Josef Mánes , who stayed in this Hanna area at the invitation of Friedrich Graf von Silva-Tarouca .
