Üttingshof is a residential area in the area of Bad Mergentheim 's Althausen district in the Main-Tauber district in northeast Baden-Württemberg .
geography
The homestead Üttingshof lies in the waters loose upper valley of Straßenäckerbächles that over the initially bridesmaid Bach called Dainbächle in the Umpfer drained, and is about two and a half kilometers west-northwest west-southwest from the village center of Althausen and about four and a half kilometers from the city center of Mergentheim. A non-closed ring of forest stretches over the place on the slope. It is connected to the L 2248 Boxberg - Schweigern - Bad Mergentheim via a side road to the south in the valley of the Straßenäckerbächles and another initially westwards via the upper Jungferbachtal .

In 807, the Üttingshof residential area was first mentioned in a document as Villa Odinga . In 1320 it was mentioned as Hof Utingen .
