İlbeyi ( Kurd. Elbeg ) is an abandoned village in the Kiğı district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . The distance to Kiğı is approx. 15 km.

In 1985 İlbeyis had a population of 225 people. In 1990 there were 153 people in İlbeyi. After that the village was given up. İlbeyi is not listed in the current population statistics.
