Dallıca ( Kurd. Oxas or Xogas ) is a village in the district of Kiğı in the Turkish province of Bingöl . The original name is Hoğas (Kurd. Oxas or Xogas). Dallıca used to be settled by Armenians. There is an old Armenian cemetery in the village. In 2009 there were 50 people in Dallıca. The village has a drinking water supply, but no sewage system. The village school and the health station (Turkish sağlık ocağı ) are not used.

The Kurdish name is recorded in the land register in the form Hoğaz.
