Açıkgüney (kurd. Sivgêlik ) is a village in the district of Kiğı in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Açıkgüney is located 15 km southwest of Kiğı.

In 1967 there were 586 inhabitants. In 2009 the village still had 92 inhabitants.

The former name of the village is Sévgelik or Sergévilik. The place is called Sürgülik on a German military map. The Turkish Ministry of Construction named the alternative name Sivgelik in 1962. This name is also recorded in the land register. Açıkgüney was inhabited by Armenians until the beginning of the 20th century .

In July 2008, PKK fighters kidnapped a person from the village, apparently with extortion.
