Baklalı ( kurd. Êmzug or Unguzug ) is an almost or completely deserted village in the district of Kiğı in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Baklalı is located at the entrance of the Özlüce reservoir . The distance to Kiğı is 15 km.

In the mid-1960s, around 260 people lived in the village. In 1990 there were 44 people living in Baklalı. Baklalı is not included in the 2009 population statistics.

A primary school with 20 students was opened as early as 1910.

The original name is Üngüzek. The name is recorded in the land register in the form Üngüzük.
