Çiçektepe ( Turkish for flower hill ), ( Kurd. Avang ) is a village in the Kiğı district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Çiçektepe is located on the slopes of Çiçekdağı Tepesi. The distance to Kiğı is 6 km.

Çiçektepe was identified as non-Muslim under the name Abvank in Ottoman documents of the 16th century. It was a village inhabited by Armenians. Before the genocide , 30 Armenian families lived there.

In 1965 the village population comprised 354 people. In 2009 there were 29 people in Çiçektepe.

The original name is of Armenian origin and is Abvank. It is recorded in this form in the land register. Abvank was also used as an alternative name in various censuses.
