Žlebská Lhotka (German Schleber Lhota , also Lhota ) is a district of the municipality of Žlebské Chvalovice in Okres Chrudim in the Czech Republic . It is twelve kilometers east of Čáslav .

geography

Žlebská Lhotka is located at the western foot of the Iron Mountains ( Železné hory ) in the Čáslavská kotlina ( Czaslauer Basin ). The village is located in the protected landscape area CHKO Železné hory. The Čáslav – Třemošnice railway line runs southwest of Žlebská Lhotka . In the northeast rise the Skála (490 m nm) and the Honzíkův vrch (508 m nm), to the east the Krkanka (567 m nm).

Neighboring towns are Lipovec , Licoměřice and Březinka in the north, Slavkovice and Jetonice in the northeast, Zbyslavec in the east, Žlebské Chvalovice in the southeast, Samota and Mladotice in the south, Ronov nad Doubravou in the southwest, Bousov in the west and Tuchov and Chybka in the northwest.

history

The first written mention of the village took place in 1360 under the name Lhotka . From the second half of the 16th century the village was subject to the allodial rule of Žleb .

In 1840 the rustic village of Lhotka or Lhota consisted of 17 houses in which 123 people lived. The parish was Žleb .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Žlebská Lhota a district of the municipality Žlebské Chvalovice in the judicial district Caslau . From 1868 the village belonged to the Časlau district . At the end of the 19th century the name of the place was changed to Žlebská Lhotka .

In the course of the territorial reform of 1960, the Okres Čáslav was abolished, Žlebská Lhotka was assigned to the Okres Chrudim. Between 1976 and 1991 Žlebská Lhotka was incorporated into Ronov nad Doubravou , and since the beginning of 1992 the village has been part of Žlebské Chvalovice again. On March 3, 1991, the place had 20 residents; in the 2001 census, there were 6 people living in the 29 houses in Žlebská Lhotka.
