The Gain or Nga ( ڠ , in a connected form ڠڠڠ ) is a special or additional character of the Arabic alphabet . It can be seen as a derivative of the Ghain (غ) understand. It has three points above the basic morpheme, which alone forms the letter ʿAin , instead of just one.
Pronunciation g
In some Arabic dictionaries and atlases, it is used to denote the sound g , which does not exist in classical Arabic . In Egyptian Arabic is [ g ] the usual pronunciation of the letter Dschīm (ج). In Maghreb Arabic is used to represent the g -Lautes other hand, the common Grundmorphem the letter Fā' (ف) and Qāf (ق) with three points.
