action

The widowed Karlheinz Kluss is a seasoned building contractor in Berlin, and yet his company is practically bankrupt. As a cause he makes the competition from Polish illegal workers. A big contract for the entrepreneur Biekmann offers him one last chance. Since someone has to take care of their little daughter Vivi during this time, he hires the half-Polish woman Wanda as a nanny. Thanks to Wanda and her friends, he can actually finish the hut on time. Over time, Wanda breaks open the hard facade of Karlheinz, who was embittered by the death of his wife and became a hater of foreigners. Kluss falls in love with Wanda, although their conceptions of order are very different.

Reviews

"Overambitious and in the lecturer tone"
