Wilfried Hochholdinger

Wilfried Hochholdinger (born October 8, 1962 in Bamberg ) is a German actor , composer and speaker .

Life

Hochholdinger completed his acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . During his training, he shot his first film Orpheus Returns, alongside Bobby McFerrin, directed by Peter Lämmle. Since then, Hochholdinger has become known through numerous cinema and television films and series. As a speaker he has u. a. Spoken commercials for Deutsche Telekom and Zurich Financial , as well as read numerous radio plays and audio books .

In addition to his acting career, Hochholdinger also pursues a career in music. He attended the musical ETA Hoffmann-Gymnasium Bamberg and sang in the Bamberg Cathedral Choir for many years. From 1997 to 2000 he was the songwriter, guitarist and singer of the glam rock band HOLD, with whom he played several concerts and released several singles. In 2013 and 2016, Hochholdinger released two concept albums called HOLD ME . and THE MOODY EUROPEAN The title Guardian Angel from the album THE MOODY EUROPEAN is part of the soundtrack of the web series Wishlist . He also plays u. a. Guitar , piano , saxophone and violin . Hochholdinger composed film music for u. a. A case for two , Stockinger and Inspector Rex .

Hochholdinger also appears as a singer in the music video for the title Too Much Love by the German group Get Well Soon , where he collapses while standing at the microphone. The video is also called Zoltan dies on Stage ( Zoltan dies on the stage ) on various pages. a. Uploaded to YouTube again, always giving the impression that the real death of a musician was being shown during a performance on a Swedish music show - without, however, referring to the actual background of the group and the actor.
