The First Division 1900/01 was the sixth season of the top Belgian division in men's football . It began on October 21, 1900 and ended on March 10, 1901.

The season was carried out with nine clubs; four teams from Brussels, two from Bruges and one each from Antwerp, Verviers and Liège. The FC Antwerp chose not to participate because almost every player had to leave the club.
