  • Pyrrhus I of Epirus returns to his homeland after being held hostage in Egypt and ascends the throne again. Ptolemy I gives him the Egyptian princess Berenike as his wife.
  • April / May - After the death of the king of Macedonia , Kassander , there were protracted battles for the succession; initially the son Philip rules, but dies after four months. Then Philip's brothers Alexander V and Antipater I inherit the throne together.
