Morgan LMP2

The 3 Hours of Sepang 2013 , also Sepang 1000 km (3 Hours of Sepang), Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia , took place on December 8th at the Sepang International Circuit and was the fourth and final race of the Asian Le Mans Series this year.

The race

The 2013 Asian Le Mans Series ended with the race in Sepang . The series suffered from low participation from teams and vehicles. In the third race of the year, the 2013 Zhuhai 3-hour race , there were only eight vehicles at the start. In Sepang there were at least 14. The race was dominated by the competition between the Morgan LMP2 from OAK Racing of the Chinese KCMG team . After three hours of driving, Ho-Pin Tung and David Cheng had a lead of almost a minute on the KCMG car.
