The ACP Holding GmbH Austria (for All Computer Products ) is an Austrian IT - companies with operations in Germany and Austria . Business areas are the construction and operation of IT infrastructure, software solutions and related services. Customers are companies and public sector organizations ( B2B segment).
background
The ACP was founded in 1993 in Vienna. The majority owner of ACP (most recently 61%) was the Swiss private equity company Capvis until 2013 . In 2006, the founders of the company had sold most of their shares to Capvis and in the course of a management buy-out, the company was completely taken back into the ownership of management and employees in April 2013. The largest single shareholder is the co-founder and first managing director Stefan Csizy , who has been an advisory board member since 2008 and has been a supervisory board member since the company was reorganized (as chairman of the supervisory board since 2013). ACP has almost 100 owners, most of whom are actively involved in the company. In the past, the company was also active in Switzerland and briefly in Poland and Romania , but has withdrawn from there in order to concentrate on the core markets of Germany and Austria.
