Abdul Kadiri Mohammed , also Kadri Mohammed , (born March 7, 1996 in Obuasi ) is a Ghanaian football player .

Career

Mohammed began his career in his hometown at AshantiGold SC . For AshantiGold, he played at least 20 games in which he scored a goal in the 2016 season. In August 2016 he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club FK Austria Wien , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2020.

In July 2018 he should have switched to Baniyas SC on loan to the United Arab Emirates . However, the transfer failed a few days after the official announcement. As a result, his contract with Austria was interrupted.

In August 2018 he was finally loaned to Arsenal Tula in Russia . In the same month he made his debut for Tula in the Premjer League when he came on as a substitute for Georgi Kostadinov on matchday four of the 2018/19 season against CSKA Moscow in the 71st minute . In a 2-2 draw against Rubin Kazan in September 2018, he scored his first goal in the Russian top division.

After the loan ended, he moved to the Ukraine for Dynamo Kiev for the 2019/20 season , where he received a contract that ran until June 2023.

National team

Mohammed was appointed to the Ghanaian national team for the first time in May 2016 .
