Normal way North ridge ( I )

The tip of the vein is 2990  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Muntanitzkamm of the Granatspitz group in the north of East Tyrol . The mountain was first climbed on August 24, 1875 by Josef Rabl, Gustav Strauss, C. Beer with guide Anton Hetz; Maximilian von Prielmayer and his guide were probably the first to cross the mountain before 1894.

The Aderspitze is located in the northeast of East Tyrol and in the northeast of the municipality of Matrei in East Tyrol or in the southern center of the Granatspitz group. To the north of the Aderspitze, separated by the Schnaggentörl ( 2826  m above sea level ) lies the Knaudl ( 2936  m above sea level ), in the south-west the Aderscharte ( 2828  m above sea level ) separates the Aderspitze from the Inner Knappenkopf ( 2945  m above sea level). A. ). The southeast ridge of the Aderspitze leads to the Kleiner Aderkopf ( 2733  m above sea level ) and the Spinnevitrolkopf. Northwest of the wire tip extends to the horror Törl the Landeggkees , is located in the south of Schwarzsee. The Landeggbach valley extends to the west of the Aderspitze, and the Kalser Dorfertal to the east . The closest refuge is the Kalser Tauernhaus in the south-east in the Kalser Dorfertal.

Promotion opportunities

The normal route to the Aderspitze leads from the Tauerntal first along the Landeggbach to the confluence of the Seebach and then along the Seebach eastwards to the reservoir Beim See . From Seetörl ( 2300  m above sea level ), the further ascent is pathless to the east to Schnaggentörl. The final climb bypasses the first tower on the right and then follows the north ridge ( UIAA I ). Alternatively, the vein tip can also be made from the vein gap over the south-west ridge ( UIAA I ) or from the Kalser Tauernhaus and the Spinnevitrolkopf over the south-east ridge ( UIAA II ).
