Aguinaldo Policarpo Mendes da Veiga , or simply Aguinaldo (born March 25, 1989 in Luanda ) is an Angolan football player .

Career

society

Aguinaldo learned to play football in the youth teams of SC Torre , Alta de Lisboa and Académica de Coimbra in Portugal . He signed his first contract in 2008 with the Portuguese club GD Tourizense . The club from Touriz in the municipality of Midões played in the third division, the Campeonato Nacional de Seniores . In mid-2010 he switched to CD Tondela in Tondela for the rest of the year . In 2011 he left Portugal and went to Angola , where he joined the Clube Recreativo Desportivo do Libolo from Libolo . From August 2012 to January 2013 he was loaned to AE Paphos in Cyprus . After the end of his contract in Libolo in August 2013, he had no contract or association until mid-December 2013. The Tunisian club Club Athlétique Bizertin took him under contract from mid-December. The club from Bizerte played in the highest league in the country, the Championnat de Tunisie . A loan to Qatar took place from September 2014 to June 2015 . With the Al-Mesaimeer SC from Mesaimeer he played 15 times in the Qatar Stars League , the country's first division. In July 2015 he went back to Angola, where he was contracted by DG Interclube from the capital Luanda . After half a year, he moved back to Cyprus in January 2016. Here he played for Doxa Katokopia and AEL Limassol . In 2017 he played for the Portuguese clubs Gil Vicente FC and Eléctrico FC . At the beginning of 2018 he moved to Asia . In Thailand , Ubon UMT United signed him. The club from Ubon Ratchathani played in the first division, the Thai League . After the Hinserie he left Ubon and moved to Romania for the first division club FC Politehnica Iași in Iași . The Malaysian second division club Sabah FA from Sabah signed him in May 2019. With the club he was champion of the Malaysia Premier League and thus rose to the first division, the Malaysia Super League .
