The Turkish Albatros Airline ( Albatros for short on the outside ) was a charter airline that existed from 1992 to 1996 . The airline started operations in May 1992 with a Boeing 727-200 under the name Air Albatros to fly German tourists to Turkey. Flight operations ceased in December 1992 over the winter. In March 1993, flight operations were resumed under the new name Albatros Airline.

In March 1996 Albatros Airline ceased flight operations. The fleet at that time consisted of one Jakowlew Jak-42 , two Boeing 737-200 and two Boeing 727-200.
