ACT Airlines ( MyCargo Airlines on the outside ) is a Turkish cargo airline based in Istanbul and based at Istanbul Ataturk Airport .

ACT Airlines was founded in 2005. It operates international charter cargo flights and aircraft leasing .

At the beginning of 2012, the Chinese Hainan Airlines took over a 49% stake in the company. Since then, the company has been operating under the brand name MyCargo Airlines. At the same time an expansion of the fleet was announced.
