Golden International Airlines was a Turkish charter airline based in Istanbul .

history

Golden International Airlines started operating in September 2006 with a Boeing 757-200 leased from the ILFC . At the beginning of 2008, the Turkish aviation authority withdrew its flight license from the airline for three months, because - contrary to official regulations - it had not added a second aircraft to the fleet within the first three months of flight operations. Since Golden International was unable to acquire a second aircraft during the three months the license was withdrawn, the authorities finally withdrew the license permanently.

Destinations

The international destinations Düsseldorf , Stuttgart , Paris and Tel Aviv should be approached from the Turkish cities Adana , Ankara , Antalya , Istanbul , Izmir and Kayseri .

fleet

Golden International operated a Boeing 757-200 as TC-GLA, which was then transferred to the fleet of today's AtlasGlobal (then still Atlasjet) as TC-ETE, then came to UTair as VQ-BQA and flies for Azur Air as of July 2015 .
