Albert Biesinger (born August 1, 1948 in Tübingen ) is a German theologian .

Albert Biesinger grew up in Rottenburg am Neckar . From 1967 to 1974 he studied Catholic theology in Tübingen and Freiburg . In 1974 he was an assistant at the pedagogical- catechetical seminar of the Catholic-Theological Faculty of the University of Freiburg . In 1975 he was a lecturer at the Rottenburg seminary .
