Albert II († around 1063) was Count of Namur . He was the son of Count Albert I and Adelheid of Lower Lorraine , and the successor to his brother Robert II.

In 1037 he took part in the battle against Odo II , Count of Meaux and Troyes (i.e. the later county of Champagne ) when he tried to create a kingdom between Germany and France by claiming succession in the kingdom of Burgundy . In 1046 he was on the side of Emperor Heinrich III. against his rebelling Duke of Lower Lorraine, Gottfried III. , his brother-in-law, and Baldwin V , the Count of Flanders. In 1047 he had the church of Saint-Aubin in Namur rebuilt and made it a collegiate church.

The circumstances of his death are not known. First a document from 1070 as the seventh year of the reign of his son Albert III. gives information about the year of his death.
