Albringhausen is a district of the city of Bassum . It is located in the Diepholz district in Lower Saxony and has around 300 inhabitants. The mayor of Albringhausen is Jürgen Laschinski.

Albringhausen is located along the K 127 halfway between Bassum and Neubruchhausen , about 4 kilometers south-east of the city center. In the immediate vicinity of the village are the districts of Schorlingborstel , Eschenhausen and Hallstedt .
Between Albringhausen and Bassum there is a large forest area, the Lindschlag. It houses the Albringhauser forest kindergarten .
The next rivers and streams are the Hache in Neubruchhausen and the Klosterbach in Bassum.

history
Albringhausen was first mentioned in a document in 1068. At first the place was still known under the names Adelberinghusen, Aladeshusen, Alberdinghusen and Albernhusen. Since that time he found himself in often changing domains.
On March 1, 1974, Albringhausen, as well as numerous other localities in the area, was incorporated into the city of Bassum. Since then, the city council in Bassum has been regulating the political fortunes of the districts.
