Alexander Kutschera (born March 21, 1968 in Freising ) is a German soccer coach and former soccer player .

Career

player

Kutschera, who emerged from the youth of the Sportgemeinschaft Eichenfeld eV Freising and the Sportclub Eintracht Freising , joined the youth department of FC Bayern Munich in 1986 and moved up to the second team after one season. For this he completed two seasons in the Bayern League and without the opportunity to recommend himself for the first team, he moved to the second division club Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin for the 1989/90 season . His first of 73 games in two seasons he played on July 29, 1989 (1st matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the away game against KSV Hessen Kassel with a substitute for Dieter Brefort in the 67th minute.

In 1991 he moved to league rivals Bayer 05 Uerdingen , rose to the top of the table with them in the Bundesliga , played his first of 24 games on August 21, 1992 (2nd matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the away game against SG Wattenscheid 09 and rose at the end of the season as penultimate again.

After another season in the 2nd Bundesliga, he moved to the 1994/95 season despite being promoted again to fellow promoted TSV 1860 Munich . Kutschera scored his first Bundesliga goal on March 12, 1995 (21st matchday) in the 2: 6 defeat "at Schalke" with the goal to make it 3-1 in the 53rd minute. In the winter break of the 1996/97 season he moved to the second division club Eintracht Frankfurt . In 1998 he was promoted to the Bundesliga again, in which Alexander Kutschera was active until the end of the 2001 season.

Kutschera scored four goals in 157 first division and three goals in 187 second division games.

In 2001 he finally moved to the Segunda División , the second Spanish division, for three years , where he played for Xerez CD under coach Bernd Schuster .

During his second engagement as a trainer for SpVgg Landshut , he also trained with the regional division TSV Wartenberg . Due to personnel problems, Kutschera jumped in again in April 2011 at the age of 43 for a game, but had to be replaced after two minutes due to an injury. He himself jokingly described the short appearance as "the shortest comeback of all time".

Trainer

From Spain returned, he took his first in 2005 as a trainer at Landesligisten SpVgg Landshut and set her down the 2008-09 season in his home town of Freising until March 2010 when SC Eintracht Freising in Bezirksoberliga continued. For the 2010/11 season he took over the coaching position at SpVgg Landshut in the Bavarian regional league . After differences with sports director Manfred Maier, Kutschera ended his engagement in Landshut on March 7, 2011. In the summer of 2011 he started a probationary year as a youth coordinator at the ninth-class district division TSV Wartenberg , a club from the Upper Bavarian district of Erding . From January 2012 to summer 2017 he coached the first team in the district class. In November 2017 he took over the district league club FC Ergolding.
