The Alpina B4 is a mid-range passenger car model from the small series manufacturer Alpina Burkard Bovensiepen , which is based on the 4 series from the automobile manufacturer BMW . It is manufactured as a coupé and convertible . The current diesel variant runs under Alpina D4 .
B4 S
In March 2017, Alpina revised the drive of the B4. As the B4 S, it now delivers 324 kW (440 hp).
B4 S Edition 99
The Edition 99 special model, limited to 99 copies, went on sale in October 2018 . It is available in five available special paint finishes and has a performance increase over the B4 S thanks to a lighter titanium exhaust system.

Registration numbers
Since the market launch up to and including December 2019, a total of 486 Alpina B4s have been newly registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. With 103 units, 2015 was the most successful sales year.
