Amber Skye Noyes (born February 17, 1987 in Warren Township , New Jersey ) is an American actress and singer . She gained fame primarily through her roles in the series Beauty and the Beast and Quantico .

Life and acting career

Amber Skye Noyes was born in New Jersey, the youngest of two children, and grew up in Pennsylvania, where she attended Wyoming Seminary . She then attended Emerson College in Boston and later successfully graduated from New York University . Like her brother, she stood in front of the camera for commercials at the beginning of her acting career. At the same time, she wrote on her own music before she was cast in a recurring role in the soap Love, Lie, Passion in 2013 .

Also in 2013, she was cast in the role of Tori Windsor on Beauty and the Beast , loosely based on the CBS series Beauty and the Beast . She played the role in a supporting role until 2014. This was followed by guest appearances in The Blacklist , Law & Order: Special Victims Unit , Blindspot and FBI . In 2017 she starred as Ellen in the first season of The Deuce, co-produced by James Franco . In 2018, Noyes was part of the cast of the series Quantico as Celine Fox .

Noyes lives in Brooklyn, New York .

In 2015, Noyes released an EP called Rivers with the help of a Kickstarter campaign , which consists of six songs and is available on streaming platforms. For her song Howlin , which she released in 2013, she directed the accompanying music video.
