Amelia Rose Blaire
Amelia Rose Dechart , née Blaire (born November 20, 1987 in New York City , New York ) is an American actress . She gained fame through the role of Willa Burrell in the series True Blood .
Life
Amelia Blaire was born in New York , but later grew up in Los Angeles . This enabled her to embark on an acting career. At the age of 15, she began taking acting classes at the Sanford Meisner Center in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, she studied one summer at the British American Drama Academy in London . A collaboration with Oscar winner Lindsay Crouse followed .
In 2002 she made her acting debut in an episode of the series Strong Medicine: Two Doctors Like Fire and Ice . Since 2010 she has appeared regularly as an actress in film and television. Guest appearances in series such as Grimm , Royal Pains and The Glades followed . In 2013 she was hired for the recurring role of Willa Burrell in the series True Blood . Guest appearances followed. u. a. in Grey's Anatomy , The Mentalist, and Criminal Minds, and a recurring role in Scream .
She has been married to actor Bryan Dechart since July 2018 .
