Amir Hadžiahmetović (born March 8, 1997 in Nexø ) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian football player who grew up in Denmark and plays for the Turkish first division club Konyaspor .

Career

Hadžiahmetović was born in Nexø, Denmark and started playing club football in 2003 at Nexø Boldklub Bornholm . In 2009 he moved to his Bosnian homeland and was hired in the youth department of FK Željezničar Sarajevo . Here he was accepted into the professional squad in 2014 and had played 36 league games by the end of 2015.

For the second half of the 2015/16 season he moved to Turkey to the Süper Lig club Konyaspor .

National team

Hadžiahmetović started his national team career in 2013 with a commitment for the Bosnian-Herzegovinian U-17 national team and went through all the youth national teams of his country up to the Bosnian-Herzegovinian U-21 national team .
