The amphoriskos (plural amphoriskoi ) is a vessel in ancient Greek ceramics that could be called a very small amphora . In contrast to the real amphora, however, it was probably used as an anointing oil vessel or for fragrances or for cosmetics. Some amphoriskoi were made of glass . There are also those from Roman times.
