The Linz am Rhein District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Rhineland-Palatinate with its seat in Linz am Rhein . It belongs to the district court district of Koblenz . The district court has around 35 employees, including 6 judges and 7 judicial officers .

Jurisdiction

The district court in Linz am Rhein is the court of first instance in civil , family and criminal matters . Since the Linz am Rhein District Court also acts as an enforcement court , it is responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district .

The approximately 66,000 (as of December 31, 2017) so-called court residents are distributed among the association communities Asbach , Bad Hönningen , Linz am Rhein and Unkel .
