The Tölz District Court or Bad Tölz District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Bad Tölz in Bavaria from 1879 to 1973 .

history

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Bad Tölz (until 1899 Tölz), the district of which was identical to that of the previous Tölz Regional Court . It existed until 1973. The district court of the dissolved Bad Tölz District Court was assigned to the Wolfratshausen District Court .
