The District Court of Thiersheim was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1932 and was based in the city of Thiersheim .

history

The district court in Thiersheim was newly formed in 1859 from twelve communities of the district court of Wunsiedel and four communities of the district court of Selb . In 1862 the administrative tasks of the regional court were taken over by the newly created district office of Wunsiedel , so that the regional court was only responsible for jurisdiction. With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Thiersheim was established, the district of which was created from the previous district court district of Thiersheim and therefore from the communities of Arzberg , Bergnersreuth , Birkenbühl , Brand , Fischern , Grafenreuth , Haid , Höchstädt im Fichtelgebirge , Korbersdorf , Kothigenbibersbach , Röthenbach , Schirnding , Schlottenhof , Seußen , Stemmas , Thiersheim and Thierstein was composed. The higher-level instances were the Hof Regional Court and the Bamberg Higher Regional Court .

With effect from July 1, 1932, the Thiersheim District Court was repealed and its entire district was assigned to the Wunsiedel District Court .
