Weidenberg District Court

The Weidenberg District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1931 and was based in Weidenberg in Upper Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Weidenberg, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district Weidenberg and thus the communities of Birk , Döhlau , Fischbach , Görschnitz , Kirchenlaibach , Kirchenpingarten , Lankendorf , Lienlas , Mengersreuth , Nairitz , Neubau , Oberwarmensteinach , Reislas , Seybothenreuth , Sophienthal , Tressau , Untersteinach , Warmensteinach , Weidenberg and Windischenlaibach . The next higher instance was the Bayreuth Regional Court .

With effect from March 1, 1931, the Weidenberg District Court was repealed and its district was merged with the district of the Bayreuth District Court .
