Armand de Brignac (also Ace of Spades ) is a champagne brand that is produced by the French family business Cattier in collaboration with Sovereign Brands in Champagne and has been sold in several countries since 2006. Since November 2014, the brand has been owned by Shawn Corey Carter, who became known as rapper Jay-Z .

Armand de Brignac's champagnes are made as prestige cuvées from several vintages of base wines . The opaque, metal bottles bear characteristic pewter labels with an ace of spades logo. Armand de Brignac offers three different prestige cuvées. The Brut Gold Cuvée, which has been available since 2006, is made from the three main champagne varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Only grapes from vineyards that are classified by the CIVC as Premier Cru or Grand Cru are used. Only 44 of the total of 319 wine-growing communities in Champagne carry this award. The two other cuvées, Armand de Brignac Rosé and Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs, have been on the market since 2008.

Armand de Brignac revolutionized the large-format champagne bottles in the luxury world and offers bottles in sizes 750 milliliters , 1.5, 3, 6, 15 and, since 2011, 30 liters . Armand de Brignac was the official champagne of the German Film Awards 2011 and 2012. Each award winner received a bottle of Brut Gold.
