Arroios is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon . 32,345 inhabitants live in an area of 2.15 km² (as of June 30, 2011).
history
Arroios was created on September 29, 2013 as part of the administrative reorganization of the city from the merger of the municipalities of Anjos , Pena and São Jorge de Arroios .
