Ashley Williams (* 12. November 1978 in Westchester County , New York as Ashley Churchill Williams ) is an American actress .

biography

Ashley Williams attended Rye High School in Rye , New York, United States . She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 2001 . During a year in London she attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art . Her father Gurney Williams works as a medical journalist, her mother Linda works for the Michael J. Fox Foundation . Williams siblings are the actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Jay Williams.

Williams had her first role in 1993 in the comedy drama Indian Summer, in which her sister Kimberly also starred. In the soap opera Young and Passionate - As Life Plays , she played the role of Danielle "Dani" Andropoulos in 49 episodes from 2001 .
