Au Cap (outdated: Anse Louis ) is an administrative district of the Seychelles on the island of Mahé .
geography
The district is on the east coast of Mahé. It is bordered by the districts of Cascade and Anse Boileau in the west, as well as by Anse aux Pins in the north and Anse Royale in the south.
The eponymous place is located in the very south, where the coast to Pointe au Sel (Salt Cap) is extended. In the center of the island, on the ridge, is the Seychelles prison. In the southern part of the district, Castle Peak ( ⊙ ) rises to around 460 m . The Du Cap River also runs in the district .
The district has ISO 3166-2 code SC-04.
