Cascade is an administrative district of the Seychelles on the island of Mahé . The district is located southeast of the metropolitan districts of Greater Victoria .
geography
The district is located on the northeast coast of Mahé. It is bounded by the districts of Roche Caïman , Les Mamelles , Grand'Anse , Anse Boileau , Au Cap , Anse aux Pins and Pointe La Rue . The district extends south to the summit of Mount Harrison ( 566 m ). The name-giving place Cascade is located in the northwest area on the coast, partly on land that was created through land reclamation . The Cascade River also runs in the district .
At the north-west corner of the district, Pointe La Rue connects with Seychelles Airport .
The district has ISO 3166-2 code SC-11.
