Grand Anse is an administrative district of the Seychelles on the island of Mahé .
geography
The district is located on the south coast of Mahé. It is bounded by the districts of Port Glaud in the west, Plaisance (Seychelles) , Les Mamelles , Cascade and Anse Boileau . There is a selective connection to Bel Air at the north corner of the district.
The main settlements in the district are Souvenir in the center of the island and Grand Anse Village on the coast. To the northeast, the district extends to the summit of Mount Harrison ( 566 m ). The two rivers Rivière Seche and Rivière Dauban , which converge shortly before the confluence in the east of the Grand Anse, also run in the district.
The district has ISO 3166-2 code SC-13.
