Sainte-Maure-de-Peyriac ( Occitan Senta Maura de Peirac ) is a municipality with 332 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Nérac and the canton of L'Albret (until 2015 Mézin ). The inhabitants are called Peyriacais .

Sainte-Maure-de-Peyriac is about 45 kilometers west-southwest of Agen . Sainte-Maure-de-Peyriac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sos in the north, Poudenas in the northeast, Montréal in the east and southeast, Castelnau d'Auzan Labarrère in the south and southwest and Saint-Pé-Saint-Simon in the west.
