Mongaillard ( Occitan : Montgalhard ) is a French municipality with 180 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Nérac and the canton of Lavardac . The inhabitants are called Mongaillardais .

Mongaillard is about 34 kilometers west of Agen . Mongaillard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Buzet-sur-Baïse in the north, Vianne in the east, Lavardac in the south and Xaintrailles in the west.
