Fréchou ( Occitan : Lo Hrèisho ) is a French municipality with 229 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Nérac and the canton of L'Albret (until 2015 Nérac ). The inhabitants are called Fréchoulais .

geography

Fréchou is located about 26 kilometers west-southwest of Agen on the Osse . Fréchou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nérac in the north, Lasserre in the east and north-east, Moncrabeau in the south and east, Mézin in the west and south-west and Andiran in the north-west.
