Saint-Pierre-de-Buzet ( Occitan Sent by de Buseth ) is a municipality with 290 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Nérac and the canton of Lavardac ( Damazan until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Pierrois .

Saint-Pierre-de-Buzet is about 36 kilometers west-northwest of Agen . Saint-Pierre-de-Buzet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Damazan in the north and west, Buzet-sur-Baïse in the east, Ambrus in the south and southwest and Caubeyres in the west.
The A62 autoroute runs through the municipality .
