Aubrey Shea Peeples (born November 27, 1993 in Lake Mary , Florida ) is an American actress and singer .

Career

Aubrey Peeples was born in November 1993 to Wendy and Ashley Peeples in Lake Mary , Florida , and grew up there. She has a younger sister named Ally. She worked at the Repertory Theater in Orlando for a total of ten years and gained experience in acting. She attended Lake Mary Preparatory School and then the famous Harvard University .

She made her acting debut in 2009 in the TV movie Ace Ventura 3 - The Animal Detective . She then appeared in several television productions such as Drop Dead Diva , Burn Notice , Dr. Dani Santino - Game of Life , Austin & Ally and Grey's Anatomy . In 2013 she starred in the Syfy disaster film Sharknado - Enough Said! her first major role. This year, it was also for the supporting role of Layla Grant in, an emerging singer, ABC - drama series Nashville occupied. In 2014 she was in Tokarev - The Past Never Dies as the stepdaughter of Rachel Nichols and the daughter of Nicolas Cage .
