The circle Baiyue ( Tibetan : དཔལ་ ཡུལ ་. , Wylie transliteration : dpal yul , also Pelyül ), Chinese  白玉县 , pinyin Baiyu Xiàn , is a circle of the administrative territory of the Autonomous District Garzê of Tibetans in the northwestern Chinese province of Sichuan belongs . Its main place is the large community Jianshe ( Chinese  建设 镇 , Pinyin Jiànshè Zhèn  - "construction"). In 1999 it had 41,156 inhabitants.
