Bay City is a municipality (with the status of Village ) on the east bank of the Mississippi River in Pierce County in the west of the US -amerikanischen state of Wisconsin . At the 2010 census , Bay City had 500 residents.

Bay City is located on the upper reaches of the Mississippi, which forms the border between Wisconsin and Minnesota . The place is at the northwest end of Lake Pepin , a natural reservoir of the Mississippi.
