The 31st Bavaria Tour took place from May 26th to 30th, 2010. The race was held in five stages, including an individual time trial , over a distance of 749.4 kilometers. It belongs to the UCI Europe Tour 2010 and is classified there in the 2nd HC category.

The Belgian Maxime Monfort was the overall winner . Serafín Martínez won the mountain classification, Leigh Howard the sprint classification and Adriano Malori the junior classification. The winner of the team classification was the Italian team Lampre-Farnese Vini .
