The Becksteiner Winzer eG , based in Beckstein in Baden-Württemberg is the third oldest wine cooperative in the wine region of Baden ha with a yield of vineyards of approximately 300th You are connected 450 wineries as members from the communities Tauberbischofsheim , Werbach , Impfingen , Distelhausen , Gerlachsheim , Marbach , Unterbalbach , Oberbalbach, Königshofen , Dainbach , Sachsenflur, Krautheim , Unterschüpf , Oberschüpf , Lauda , Oberlauda , Dittwar , Gissigheim, Königheim , Dittigheim and Beckstein.

history

The Becksteiner Winzergenossenschaft was founded on August 31, 1894 as "Winzerverein Beckstein". The St. Kilian Cellar was built in 1904/1905 and a bottle cellar was added in 1956. In 1965/1966 the Becksteiner Winzerstuben was built. In the 1970s the administration building was expanded and a winery and a grape reception area were built. Most recently, the merger with the wine cooperative took place in 2011.
