As the successor to the Turbo R, the Turbo RT is the sports model in the Bentley range of the time. The engine was taken over from the Continental T. This made the Bentley one of the most powerful sedans of its time.
The design of the Bentley Turbo RT is in the tradition of the Bentley Eight . Of a total of 252 vehicles, 250 were built in the LWB long version.
